CANCELLATION POLICY
To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your deposit goes toward your total service cost and ensures your appointment time is held just for you. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. NO SHOWS will not be able to book future appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late this can cut into your service time or even result in cancellation of appointment. I value your time and appreciate your understanding as this policy helps me provide the best service to all clients fairly and consistently.
